Sponge scourer pad as one of the daily kitchen cleaning utensils, deeply loved by us, it can clean a lot of things, remove dirt, can also be very soft to clean the non-stick pan, protect the bottom of the pan from being scratched, then you know how to make sponge scourer pad

What is the first step?

Let’s take the steel sponge scourer pad as an example to talk about how the sponge pad is made. The first step is to produce steel fabric, which needs to use of a weaving machine. It is divided into two machines, the flattening machine of 0.09 silk and the weaving machine.

Steel wire part of the raw material is stainless steel wire 410 grade, 0.09 mm wire, through the press wheel pressed flat, wire attached to the weaving machine, the weaving machine uses cotton thread, can also add plastic wire, conducive to the back welding.

Weaving machine models are 3.5-inch and 3.6-inch, corresponding to 108 and 120 needle counts respectively.

The output is 0.7-0.8kg/kg. The machine is packed in wooden cases. The outer box is 1.15m long, 1.1m wide and 1.45m high, and the gross weight is 265kg.

The finished product produced is called steel wire cloth, 66.9 grams per 76 cm, 80 kg per compression package, a 20-foot container can hold 8.5 tons without compression, and compression can hold 12 tons.

After the production of steel wire cloth needs to put the sponge into the steel wire cloth, there are two methods, one is to use an artificial sponge into the steel wire cloth, the advantage of this way is to save the cost of a machine, the work is simple and easy to learn if you want to learn to click on the following video.

The second way is to use the cloth-wearing machine. The price of the machine is slightly higher, and the advantage is that it saves labor, is fast, and can complete the work more efficiently. Please see the following video.
